The fallen occupy three planets and have two strikes, the vex occupy two planets and have their strike but the cabal only occupy one planet and just have one strike. I think that the cabal got sidelined hard But I did find this video interesting. Generally the cabal remind me of chaos space marines, in particular the iron warriors. It's nice to have a little more insight on the cabal rather than them just being "space turtles"

The only information revealed during the Dust Palace Strike is that the Psion Flayers are responsible behind the augmentation of the orbit of Mar's larger moon, Phobos. The Grimoire states that they plan to position it so that they may one day dislodge it's gravitational pull and fling it into Earth as a weapon.
