I have had it. I can't believe it's been out this long and still has a crap server connection. I tried to play Friday with friends, nope. Tried to play today by my self, nope. There is so much else I could be doing that I'm just going to do it. Destiny is going on my shelf and I MAY dust it off next month to see if the servers are any better. Sure as hell not getting any DLC for this EVER. Once you get the game running it's just going to go all to hell as soon as that comes out and everyone runs to it too.
The Evil Within comes out tomorrow and I'll play the hell out of that, or Hyrule Warriors, or AkibaStrip, Diablo III, or FFXIV, or State of Decay, or Shadowrun Returns, or Sir You are Being Hunted, or Dust: An Elysian Tale, or Senran Kagura Burst, or literally ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE THEY ALL WORK.
It's a sad shame too because when I could play it I really liked it but it's been 5 weeks since it launched and they still can't figure out how to get the servers working right. That big update solved some problems but seems to have caused other similar problems. This is ridiculous. The error I got today, Baboon (which those animal names just enrage me for some reason, maybe because they are too cutsie and it makes it seem like they aren't taking this serious), killed my internet. Different error every time and yet about half of them kill my internet. Also this is what their website says about it: "This error commonly happens when players are connecting to the world of Destiny via cell phone tethering or mobile hotspots." I'm hard wired in to my router so try again idoits.
So good news Bungie you wont have to worry about fixing anything for me because I probably wont be back. If there sin't anything around in a month or so I might see you then, and if this ain't fixed by then well I learned my lesson the hard way didn't I and I wont make the mistake of ever buying somenthing you make ever again.
