Yup, I agree there is an issue with rocket launchers vs BDs, for some reason they do almost no damage. Try using a shotgun or fusion rifle. I play Gunslinger and I wipe BDs with my super/my shotgun/my fusion rifle. Or just simply run away, and make him waste his super on just you.
