Hi there. I recently came across what appears to be a bug. As I explained to an official Microsoft support staff, yesterday, 5 hyped players and I pulled bungie's ultimate challenge, the "Vault of Glass" on the hard difficulty. Once Atheon was killed, he dropped 2 pieces of loot for me, 1, being a gauntlet for my titan, and 2, the Vex Mythoclast. Our fireteam leader was forced to manually orbit us, as the countdown didn't properly work. However, as the screen turned black when we orbit... my game shut down. I was forced to reboot the game completely. Once I returned in the game, I selected the character for which I completed the Vault of Glass on HARD... only to succumb to the fact that both my raid shoulders and Vex Mythoclast, were nowhere to be seen in my inventory. I checked my other character, thinking maybe it glitched into the other... but they weren't there. As mentioned previously, I contacted microsoft, a gentlemen was able to assist me into finding contact info...but none helped at all, so he told me you would be able to help, as this is an in-game bug (speaking to Bungie...if you are reading this). You must understand that this is my 3rd time completing the raid on hard. That is over 12 hours of raiding, to get what I had been working for, the Vex Mythoclast, which was taken away from me, or bugged out of my inventory. I hope you can solve my issue, because I will be completely honest with you... that raid... on hard is close to impossible, it tired me everytime and to see my most priced position taken away from me, is completely unacceptable. It is not fair to me and I hope you will see that.
