Bingo, can't do it because so many already paid, and refunds are a never going to happen situation, this is by design.

If you read you'll see it isn't for the DLCs that are coming out, it is asking for the story to be fixed. New cut scenes, a change to some of the voice acting to make it make sense, missions editing to give the story more of an epic feel. They can bring out the DLCs out as add ons like they were meant to be but patch the story with a DLC.
