Cryptarch question?
What level cryptarch do you get thunderdevil in the mail?

awesome shader, got it randomly a month ago, makes you look like a rock on the moon.

It's all about RNG. I'm at level 30 and still haven't received it.

It depends. Have you fed the Cryptarch any babies or fetuses in the past hour? I hear the chance go up when he is bathing in the blood of the innocent.
