In the crucible I see a lot of area of denial grenades going off and a lot of times I can't tell whose grenade it is. I'd like to suggest keeping the grenade indicator during the AoD effect.
I experience wonky hit detection in crucible so it's not always apparent if I'm even in the radius or not until I go from full shield to red.
You could also swap the extended indicator with a rumble and get the same effect.
The time to kill for AoD grenades is about right I think but if people want a small buff along with the rumble/indicator I'd accept that as a fair trade. In theory the warning system is a bit of a nerf so it's only fair.
I just hate walking into a warlock battle and not knowing where the dangerzone is.
