Private- Description: This is the first official rank in our structure, designed for those recently joined. Corporal- Description: For recent recruits that by time involved and activity within the community have shown that they are making some sort of commitment to being here but are still learning the ways. Sergeant- Description: A SGT is the first opportunity a member has to show commitment to the Community by taking on a bit more a leadership role and more responsibility. Lieutenant- Description: The first rank given the designation of Officer, the Lieutenants are the squad members’ first tier of communication between those ranks below and the ranks above. Captain-Description: Captains are considered to be the first rank to be involved in the inner-workings of a squad and are often given tasks oriented around administrative aspects. Major- Description: A Major is what could be considered a Administrative officer. Their main role is to oversee, document and communicate. Colonel- Description: Second in Command of a squad, a COL is expected to take on the roles assigned to them by their GEN in order to assist with the everyday workings of the squad. The teamwork between the COL and the GEN should be sound and without conflict to best suit the needs of the squad. General- Description: The GEN is in command of the squad and as such is responsible for the members of the squad, their behavior, and all tasks associated with the squads activity within the community. This position is considered by many to be the MOST important rank in all. The GEN should exhibit excellent leadership and delegation skills and have the TIME to devote to their squad in and out of game. Commanders- Description: COM’s are the first rank to be involved in major decisions of the squads. Often assigned to oversee a number of squads, they must be able to see the “bigger picture” and serve the greater good of the community as a whole. C.E.O- Description: This Rank is only for the head mother -blam!-ing honcho, the CEO is the end all, everything gets reported to him. The CEO makes all final decisions within. (Xen_Sigma)
