What is it you say? Well the basic idea of this. Lil' mini-game is you choose your Favorite Gun in Destiny and make it the most over-powered thing that has never been imagined before!
Rules:
-You can only choose one weapon
^ This rule only exists for aesthetic purposes and base damage... realistically 2 skins in one would be one hell of a awkward looking "thing".
-You can only choose 2 of ANY weapon modifier you'd like, based on your type of gun being Primary, Special, or Heavy.
^ If you were a game developer you wouldn't want any Modder coming in and destroying your hard work would you now? Since exotics get a maximum of 2 Title page unique modifiers.
-Your magazine will have to stay the same.
^Unless you decide to use a add on that does raise the magazine size . Looool why would anyone do that right?
-You can change all of your weapon choice stats and can Only change around the numbers into different subunits , being rate of fire, impact, range, stability, and reload speed . Also, RPG's can change around with it's Blast Radius and Velocity. Weapon damage can only be the up to it's max base damage.
^ an idea of what i am trying to get ahead is if i chose the Monte Carlo as my gun of choice and its base stats added up to a total of 500 mixed in all of its stats i can take 50 from Rate Of Fire and put it into impact or something ridiculous like that. Oh God...
-The weapons skill tree can be what you want it to be but depending on the tier of weapon you chose will be the normal skill tree of that weapon with the upgrade stats slot taken.
^ Raid weapons and exotics have the same structure of skill tree i if i remember but doesn't have the VOG benefits.
^^Also, If the weapon is not to your element or you don't want a element on your weapon that can be changed. Regenerate ammo can be a thing._.

Bullet Type: 'can have a 2nd perk like bullet referring to the Ice Breaker and Invective since they can regen ammo and i cant think of a name for that... Darn... Thing!!! ._.
Skill tree Add-ons: 'lets be honest... You probably want to add better perks than what some of the best weapons have. Also, upgrade weapon will always be default if its in the skill tree of your gun.
