Titan Bubble Shield Semantics
Quick Question: If a player from the opposing team is inside a Titan's bubble shield, can members of the Titan's team shoot inside at the player? And just as importantly, can the player (from the opposing team) inside the bubble shoot players outside of the bubble?

Yes my warlock friend indeed you can! I once killed a Titan that had left his shield and then used it to kill another 2 of his team. Unfortunately the shield does not give you the benefit of being shielded but they cannot shoot in and you cannot shoot out.
