Man, it seems so long ago that I completed Endure for the first time and hurried over to create a B.net account the very next day. Well Flood (or at least what remains), we've been through a lot this site and me, and I'll stay until it's collapse.
A happy five years to myself and all other 09's that boarded the Recon Train.

I remember that, those vidmaster challenges were a pain in the ass. I had to do a few of them multiple times because this was back when i'd get knocked offline every time the house phone rang, and the same thing happened with my best friend who was one of the people i'd always try doing them with. One of us would always get knocked off halfway through or at the very end, it was sooooo irritating. We did it, though. And it was fun. Anyway, happy fifth year! :D

I tried, but failed tragically. I never got all of the Vidmasters, but I got some of them. Do you want to try and get them again in the MCC with me?

Edited by Legend To None: 10/10/2014 4:27:08 PMThe vid master of doing the ending on legendary was really fun. Just very annoying when you had a team that wouldn't co-operate. Always one guy who goes ahead as if we are racing and kills us all cause he kept triggering everything too early. This one person would make us do it like 10 times until they say "oh I see what you mean, everything is timed depending on how far ahead I am" -_- Then you have those who just don't know the track.. ODST was actually the easiest just needed a bunch of time. I basically did it twice successfully. The first time an idiot quit the game to take a shower cause his parents demanded...we were a set and had like 10 lives remaining..the the second was a success. Overall tried it like 8 times with people.

I boarded the Halo 2 launch train which will be ten years ago this November. I may just silently walk away once I see that 10 on my account.

Edited by The Cellar Door: 10/10/2014 4:26:19 PMI never felt like getting recon, I did some of the vidmasters but I felt accomplished enough in halo 3 after getting on Bungie favorites, I cannot tell you how many hours I spend with a dummy or two on guest accounts trying to get perfect pictures, it's why I got so invested into online forums because it was the only way to efficiently share my work. So I joined when they started doing community spotlights, a lot of other people did too, there was such a huge community at that time it was awesome. Still remember the good ol days in late 08 flood, and Forgehub

Seven years and I'm scratching my head as to why I haven't left entirely. . .
