Wow. It's all I say when everywhere I turn on every thread, every news article and forum has Destiny players screeching like crazy. I guess the Forum Moderators have a relaxed rule guide to follow by since the site update and that it's not their fault but rather the Web Teams.
The site rules need to be drastically upgraded because this site is turning into a right dump. The quality of the threads and posts are rapidly declining and when cool stuff is brought up and talked about it's already off of the first paged buried under Destiny threads such as 'need 1 more for VoG' and 'thanks for nothing'. I wouldn't mind if they were being posted in the correct forums but they're not and that's just the start.
I'm aiding and volunteering my time to the charity event Extra Life 2014 and I find it really disgusting that people are calling the event fake and a waste of Bungie's time. I know everyone has an opinion and they are allowed to say how they feel but some posts are just out-right wrong. Where are the mods here?
There really needs to be a clamp down on Bans and Warnings, the site needs the old moderating style back from halo.bungie.net. Like in the picture posted above the site used to be really strict with carpet bans and everything. I remember being warned twice on the old site just for posting threads in the wrong forums which I learnt from. With that rule gone and many others the forums, as we can see, have rotted away with rubbish piling up all around us.
A fireteam team must be assembled to cleanse this mess and bring order back to our sacred home. Does anyone else, particularly older members feel the same?

Meeh, they have day to day jobs too. I'm sure the traffic has been a little overwhelming of late. The same happened when they launched Halo 2, Halo 3, and Reach. Forums were overrun with rant and troll posts. While the teams try to do something about it, there is just too much. Trying to automate bans can get a little tricky as well.
