Hey guys, so our clan is starting to grow, but that's not necessarily a good thing. My idea for this clan is to stop recruiting at 30 players max, and start weeding out weak links. My idea is for this clan to be composed of all 29's and 30's who are active and are focused on strategy and progression. I want our squad to gain notoriety on PVE and PVP. 30 might sound like alot of guys, but we will divide it into teams. Basically, eventually we will all get to know each other, and there will never be a necessity to look for anyone else. Our clan will be divided into alpha squad, beta squad, PVP squad, etc. Take the time to play with us and get to know us. I can't personally take care of everyone Raid needs, so I'm going to start appointing leaders and separate teams. The point of being all 29s and 30s is that you can bet that any team you are on will destroy. Starting from now, I am recruiting players who are 29 and 30 and are interested in progression and playing the game strategically. I work at a web design firm so once our squad is solid, I'll build us a website, a blog, and a youtube channel. Let's start playing really well and get noticed. We can have all the followers that we can possibly get, but the actual raid team members will be capped at around 25 to 30 players. Keep checking back for updates, thanks guys!
Best,

Cool. I will say for existing members that maybe 29 shouldn't be necessary right now? I'm 28, and currently waiting to get raid gear before I "waste" more shards. I'm also pretty good in PvP, so I'd be interested in that. lmk.
