List your top 10 games of all time. Is Destiny on it?
Explain why or why not Destiny is or isn't on your top 10.
[b]Update:[/b] and just as i suspected. the destiny fanboys top 10 are all full of FPS and just plain bad and corny games. some people really surprised me by not having many shooters at all in their lists but still having destiny
You guys should really either expand your gaming selections, or play SOMETHING other than a shooter...
I think you'd find there are MUCH better games out there as long as you're willing to go outside your comfort zone.

I may not get the challenge I am looking for, but I never really get bored. If I don't want to fight, I just summon my legendary sparrow and start driving like I stole it. If that gets boring, I go exploring. There are just so many things to do. People argue that we didn't get what Bungie showed, which is completely true. It may have been cut, but I still think there is enough for the game to be fun.

You play the track for Tristram and it's tugs at my inner kid haha. Also I've been a long time fan of From Software before their Dark Souls days so I'd recommend AC3 (Armored Core 3) to anybody that is a fan of the Mecha genre. These games are divided up by platform in no particular order. [b]PS2[/b] Armored Core 3 Kingdom Hearts 2 [b]Xbox[/b] Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic [b]PC[/b] Starcraft 1 Doom 3 Diablo 2 [b]Xbox 360[/b] Dark Souls Halo Reach Mass Effect 2 Bioshock Some Honorable mentions are: Metroid Fusion (GBA), Halo Wars, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Runescape Also the best DLC I've ever played is the Artorias of the Abyss DLC for Dark Souls and the best expansion I've had the pleasure of experiencing was the Lord of Destruction expansion for Diablo 2. As for why Destiny isn't on my list it's because it doesn't even crack my top 30 games. Still in my life I've played about 100 games for enough time to say they've left an impact on me so being somewhere in the 30s isn't all that bad but it's also probably that high since it's my most recent game and I'm a bit biased towards it. Hopefully Destiny will improve enough that it can break into the teens one day :D

Fallout 3 Fallout New Vegas Earthbound Oblivion Rift (before FTP) Mass effect series Call of Duty modern warfare (the 1st one) Zelda (snes version) 1st Pokemon GTA3 Had to think hard about a few of those. Destiny is for sure not on my top 10. It's a decent game and all but has yet to prove itself to be a contender in my top 10. I feel if they clean up some stuff and the DLC is on point... It's possible. Until then I'd say it's decent but needs to fix some stuff and add a lot more content to keep me for the long run

Mario party, Mario kart, bloody roar, Star Wars unleashed, super Mario 64, pokemon red/blue, goldeneye, mortal kombat, ssx tricky, I could go on but that's plenty Most of these games are based on amount of fun I've had playing them. Some of the earlier titles I played with my little bro or friends growing up and that made them what they are to me. Halo 2 is what made online console gaming for me. Unless you played halo CE from xbconnect and took up the computer while your mom wanted to use it, like I did. Then halo 2 takes the cake.

Off the top of my head... 1. Pso ep1&2 2. Destiny 3. Fallout series 4. Battlefield series 5. Runescape (yes, but jagex f'ed it up) 6. Guitar hero series 7. Goldeneye 8. Pokemon ruby/saph/emerald 9. Gta series (mostly 3) 10. Shadowrun (with friends) The reason destiny gets #2 is because it has the right balance of challenge and competition. Although it has it's flaws at the moment, I will not stop playing it. Bungie cannot possibly screw this game up more than it is, and I'm still having a blast (don't take that as a challenge :P) Hopefully 14 years from now (pso released 14 years ago) ppl will still try to play destiny online despite no official servers. I bought a wii just to mod it, just to play Phantasy star with maybe 100 other ppl online. Who's to say that in the future I won't buy an xbox 720 to try and play destiny when bungie abandons it. Joking of course; I'm sure they will release some kind of pay to play system when it dies. Think about that for a second... Pso is #1 because after 14 years since its release, after 1000 hours of in game play time, I still find myself coming back to play it again. Destiny captivates me just as much as pso did when I first discovered it. To 1000 hours of play time, and then some :) Note: I am casual gamer, and seriously don't take that as a challenge lol

That's what I'm sticking around to see. But, as is? No. Nowhere close. FF3 Chrono Trigger WoW System Shock 2 Fallout (1,2,3) Dark Souls Mass Effect (1,2 and dear lord #3. I sunk over 1000 hours into that MP alone) KOTOR Planescape Torment (regret, regret can change the nature of a man) Dead Space (never played 3. 2 was good but 1 was just so.....original).

Super Metroid There are many, many more that beat the ever living hell out of Destiny... like Secret of Mana or FFIX or FFVI or Zelda - Ocarina of Time, etc... I highly doubt Destiny is in my top 50. Then again, I have been playing video games for a looooong time (since Atari 2600).
