List your top 10 games of all time. Is Destiny on it?
Explain why or why not Destiny is or isn't on your top 10.
[b]Update:[/b] and just as i suspected. the destiny fanboys top 10 are all full of FPS and just plain bad and corny games. some people really surprised me by not having many shooters at all in their lists but still having destiny
You guys should really either expand your gaming selections, or play SOMETHING other than a shooter...
I think you'd find there are MUCH better games out there as long as you're willing to go outside your comfort zone.

Destiny has not been out long enough for me to be able to place it there, but it looks like it is heading that way. Games that have made the list: - Goldeneye 64 - Mario Kart 64 - the Baldur's Gate series (I and II, plus all expansions) - Halo 2 - Battlefield Bad Company - Oblivion and Skyrim (Morrowind and Daggerfall were also very strong, but not quite to the same level) - Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas On a side note, I think that, for the most part, people who don't have any RPGs or MMO's on their list will also not have Destiny . . . the tie is too strong.

Despite bad reviews and, honestly, decent concerns about content, I love it. I've met many friends already and enjoyed it to its fullest. I have too, however, hated it. But a great game doesn't come without its moments.

I have my top list of games but destiny cannot be apart of it. Destiny is unfinished but even then it's still a great game, and I cant wait for it all to finalize. But it's still unfinished. All my favorite games have are complete and have a story. Destiny is more of a grind and competitive multiplayer game instead what of should have been a coop Multiplayer story play of the decade. It's Like COD but much more work( which I don't mind) and little story. Bungie took a risk and there are consequences if the risk is not lucky. I'm not saying bungie should be scolded for what there doing, I'm saying they knew what there doing. They planned this game from the start, developed the game for years, had a 500 million dollar budget and yet destiny is Down rated, it's broken, it's not what it could or should be. Destiny, like most games of 2014, was overhyped then let down within a week, then dies in a month or 2 ( will see atleast). Hopefully bungie will not let us down.

While I consider Destiny as being a mighty fine game, it's not on my all-time "Top 10" list - at the moment. Too many other classics sit on that list, and will take a bit of time to be dethroned. It's doubtful that destiny will make the list, unless the story improves greatly and it's actually something to remember.

The story is not worth calling it that way and can be told in less than 10 minutes. The rest is pure repetitive grinding with a wrecked punishment system. With the things advertised i would have expected an open-world MMO/shooter with all that clings to it like more specific tasks and challenges (go over there and kill 500 aliens for no reason), interesting NPCs, a true story plot that is influenced by the player, more (interesting) weapons, a functional and fair loot system (10 legendary drops in my total playtime and NOT ONE item for my class) or even better quests ... Lots of it and it is the huge waste of potential because it has a beautiful atmosphere, good mechanics in terms of gunplay, a nice starting point for a good story (but left abandoned) and is higly addictive. It is a shame.
