List your top 10 games of all time. Is Destiny on it?
Explain why or why not Destiny is or isn't on your top 10.
[b]Update:[/b] and just as i suspected. the destiny fanboys top 10 are all full of FPS and just plain bad and corny games. some people really surprised me by not having many shooters at all in their lists but still having destiny
You guys should really either expand your gaming selections, or play SOMETHING other than a shooter...
I think you'd find there are MUCH better games out there as long as you're willing to go outside your comfort zone.

Super Mario World As much as I love Chrono Trigger, I find myself replaying Super Mario World more than anything. Destiny is not on my top ten since it hasn't created a lasting experience yet. If the lore is expanded beyond the cards, then it may make it into my list somewhere.

No. My top 10 games all have a storyline. Destiny's storyline hasn't even provided the background story yet. Twilight's story is better than the story of Destiny at this point and we all know how great those books were.

Top 10 games of All Time... 1 - Lunar 2: Eternal Blue (Impacted how games were made for generations to come) 2 - Grandia (Discounting the garbage US translated version for PS, the Saturn version is a masterpiece) 3 - Lunar: Silver Star Story (Set the bar for the "traditional" RPG) 4 - Grandia 2 (A far cry from the first, but still wonderful) 5 - Radiant Silvergun (Arguably the best shooter ever made) 6 - Ikaruga (Aslo one of the best - and most challenging shooters) 7 - Metal Gear Solid (all the sequals have been hollow attempts to measure up to this game. It created and defined a new genre) 8 - Dune 2 (every RTS that exists today owes its existence to this game) 9 - Quake 2 (Established a bar for multiplayer 3D FPS) 10 - Halo Franchise (Reach is arguably the best, followed by 1, then 4 - but all of them were good). There are THOUSANDS of games, and while Destiny isn't even in my top 50 - it's still playable. Best I can really say about atm. The games I regard as better than Destiny have all been played nearly to death, and there are no compelling titles at all so far on the current gen - very few as well in the last gen. Destiny has my attention for now. I expect that The Division will be much better since Ubisoft is learning from Bungie's mistakes. I'm not hating on modern games - I just think that they are certainly not better because they are new.

You have no idea how stoked I was when I heard 3 was being produced lol. 8. Myst. Great puzzles. 7. Ocarina of time. 6. Postal. A game that got banned before the rating system? As a kid I had to play it. 5. Starcraft 4. Warcraft 2. My first rts. 3. Fallout 3. Love Bethesda so this was a no brainer 2. Skyrim 1. Mass effect series. I got the trilogy after they patched the ending. So I'm not jaded like most people with their disappointment with the original ending

In no particular order (and not 10 due to inclusion of some series) Megaman X Kingdom Hearts series Halo series Mass Effect Series Legend Of Zelda Chrono Cross Star Wars Battlefront 2 Super Smash Bros Mario Kart Sonic Adventure 2 As much as I like this game, it does not stand up to plenty with its flaws. It might go into my top 25 but it would be pretty low on the list.

NBA street vol 1 and 2 Fusion frenzy 1 (I never played Mario party) Shadow of the colossus Ratchet and clank franchise I guess I should put dota 2 up here aswell because I got addicted to it and put in a -blam!- tonne of hours. Destiny is definitely not one the best game I played but to be fair bioshock Infire wast either until I reached the end it blew my -blam!-ing mind and I loved it for that. If there are any games you want to play for the story bioshock infinite and/or the last of us are what you want.

That's a tough one... In no particular order: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Bioshock Infinite Borderlands 2 Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia Darksiders 2 Dishonored Deus Ex: HR Dragon's Dogma Halo: CE Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Plus unturned is a great free steam game I enjoy playing woth friends. Turns out there was an order, alphabetical... weird brain. Subject to change as I'm sure I've forgotten some. XD

It is as addictive as hell, looks and plays amazing. However there is just not enough content at the moment, the story is a joke and far too repetitive. Don't get me wrong if this game has a slew of great DLC, I can easily see it working its way onto the top 10.

The game has great mechanics but very little else.

Everyone hate me, but I still think it's the strongest CoD and, alone from the rest of the series and what's it become, a quality FPS in terms of story and multiplayer). Halo 2 KoToR 1-2 Fallout 3 Assassins Creed 2 Star Wars Galaxies (an MMO, to this day, I'm still convinced was the best MMO I've ever played, pre-CU).
