That lvl 4 guardian should see the 29 lvl guardian and see a question mark and yellow bar. BUNGIE should make the iron banner like strikes. Players are matched against skill sets based on lvl and the weapons and armor should matter. I want a iron banner not crucible with a iron banner sticker slapped over top of it.
