Everything I've read said there are hard limits on the differences level and gear actually make in IB so I wasn't expecting any one shots. I was expecting it to not make much of a difference at all and I was right. The one thing I had hoped for was something different, maybe some rankings or some other tournament structure leading to currency for a special vendor with unique gear. Even cosmetic items would be nice, ships, sparrows, something other than 2 colors and 2 banners with A (as in singular) crap weapon and useless armor.
