Or it's obviously not... Are you 100% sure it's broken? Can you prove it, or are you just basing your assumption based on how you think the IB should work, rather than how it actually is designed to work?
I'm not claiming it's broken or not broken - I don't know, so I don't make assumptions.

I played IB in Destiny Beta and THIS is not the same IB I played in Beta. The IB in Beta actually worked as THIS IB was advertised to work.
