Please make up your mind, skill mattered in Crucible where everybody was normalized, the very least Iron Banner could do was make us feel like we had equipment on, or like 50% equipment mattered and 50% skill.
In the vid above it clearly shows power does not matter at all.....

One thing I think people miss is the actual power of the gun not the attack rating but the impact which is the damage per shot
