I NEED LEGENDARY GEAR
how do u get some legendary armor (mainly) and weapons so I can get to like level 26 or 28 so I can do the raid with some of u

The easiest way is to do your dailies and level up either Vanguard or Crucible, don't spend too much time on factions yet. Good luck!
