That guy a 91 Armor rating, thats 7% of someone with 1300 rating Let's say his weapons had 100 (they didn't). Even if they were (again, they [i]weren't[/i]) that would still be 7.7% of the 1300 that the level 29/30s would have as armor. I would [b]love[/b] to hear how skill level plays a part in this.
