So in any PVE situation a level 21 would do no damage to a 29. But in the Iron banner it doesn't matter, I've seen 21,22,23's in the iron banner taking the same amount of damage as everyone else. EXACT SAME GUN (Fully upgraded Ares Nemesis x4) does 69 headshot on both a level 30 and a 21. the level 30 with 1400+ armour, the level 21 with >1000. EXPLAIN THIS SHIT!! The Iron banner is nothing but a glorified crucible which forces you to play control in order to earn bonus rewards.
