There is nothing to guarantee people will not "give away legendaries." The lack of trading supports meritocracy, which is part of the reason I play this game. Unlike those who are against matchmaking, I want everyone to have an equal chance to play all content. That said, I only want the winners to have the rewards. Those who cannot get, should not have.
