Played against a guy who had it last night. He got 28 kill or so, but died 25 times and lost. It hits hard, but the accuracy at mid range isn't all that great. It will still get you if you don't shoot first or aim for the head. Keep in mind this was on the Earth Map so it was close quarters. But overall it seemed like the guy was relying on the weapon instead of his game play, which may explain why he almost went negative.
