strikes do not have higher engram chances. you get engrams if you FINISH tiger strikes. you get random engrams if you kill stuff. anywhere anytime.

I can assure you OP is wrong. It is known that the level of the mission or the monsters does not affect the drops in any way.

Purple rewards definitely do not appear 50% of times at the end if that's what you meant, it's much less.
