I agree completely, arc blade should get at least 100% over shield and a 50% increase to duration in order to bring it in line with the other characters supers. Also Golden Gun should see a boost as well maybe 2/3 more bullets and an increase to speed and health. It's the only way hunters will stand a chance against the other classes in PvP and PvE.
