What should I buy with Vanguard Marks?
I have most of the Vanguard Quartermaster's stuff up for sale, these 2 are the only notable ones left that Id like to buy, but Im on the fence. Which one's better for PVE? I already have PVP guns that I like, so thats not a big issue.
