I don't know about you guys, but arc blade is one of the more underpowered supers. Sure it's fine if you are in close quarters and other players can't escape, by most of the time this isn't the case. Players can easily jump back and shoot you. That's why I think activating arc blade should also give you a shield that triples your defense. This will actually make Arc Blade an effective super instead of a joke.

I'm seriously tired of people getting angry at your posts.
-
you can't be -blam!-ing serious lol omfg u can't be damn serious arc blade is the most -blam!-ing op super in the game wtf you talking about kid hunter needs nerf it got all the good shit a pvpr can ask for from throwing knifes to quick melee to -blam!-ing invisibility to crazy supers
-
The arc blade is just fine it's pretty op as it is but I think an instant of increased damage when you activate it would be fine like the other classes the fist of havoc and the nova bomb
-
The arc blade is the more agile class and that means they need to move more not have a shield.
-
Yes I see ur prank hashtag, but you're not joking. ...read your previous silly rant that wasn't a prank and you suggested the same thing. You post a serious topic about the same thing, get flamed for it (along with your other silly posts that troll ppl and brag about getting kids grounded), then come back and post a smaller topic with pretty much the same ass shat nonsense. I bet you're a real passive agreesive dude who pees sitting down. In the woods. #longface

For PVP, no, arc blade is fine. A buff in PVE would be nice though, it'll get you killed about half the time against leveled enemies.
-
You and your sneaky #'s
-
You just have to be smarter with it. As someone who loves Arc Blade, I don't think it needs a buff at all. It's not under powered, or over powered for the matter, it just requires planning. Arc Blade is designed for close quarters so you have to use it as such. If you want a long range super for the Hunter stick to Gunslinger.

You can tell how far new users are into their first year if they take longface seriously or don't read tags...
-
Solution: Have the shield in PVE, remove/nerf in PvP.

I like your style...but...now hear me out...what if when you use arc blade your hunter turned into deadpool and u could deflect bullets back at any one shooting u on top of a 1 hit kill melee. Oh and it last for the rest of the match. No..no.. Your right, it's still underpowered. What if... Again just bare with me... What if after using arc blade the hunter strapped on a MASSIVE dildo and but -blam!-ed every one in sight? (Including ur own team mates) but no your right.. Still underpowered. How bout we change the name to OP AS -blam!-. When called in all next gen consoles across the world get back in their packaging box and fly back to their distributer. Now that's better
-
The joke is on you....If you want a shield then you have to lose power and agility. You can't have it all.
-
-
Dude, you're not even trying anymore.
-
A hunter's greatest defense is his speed and agility
-
Everybody is getting it all wrong. The Hunter, warlock, and Titan are all really the same shit. The real discussion is how op the Exo are. Speaking as one myself I can safely say that the bonuses we to defense, regen, stability, agility, surfing, jumping, strength, and jumping are ridiculous. The Exo are the most powerful race. We as Exos must stand united against the flesh bags and the uhh... Blue flesh bags! We must nerf them. Nerf them in streets! Nerf them in the tower! Nerf them hard in the nards! Say it with me. Hard in the nards! Hard in the nards! Hail Cayde-6 master Exo overlord.

I think upon activation, Arc Blade should end the game causing the opposite side to lose. In doing so, their character(s) get wiped and the Bungie lawyers file a lawsuit against the losing team. Then we could discuss the Arc Blade buffs.
-
eh eh eh eh
-
I love how no one seems to look at the tags...
-
No. Health buff and defense buff save u
-
So double shield isn't enough u need triple lol
-
Yes. Yes it should.
-
Edited by ORANGEDRONE: 10/6/2014 5:15:50 AMI think the Arc Blade (once activated) should last till the end of the match.. And you should be able to snipe with Chinese stars during Arc Blade.

Arcblade is the most overpowered, noob friendly, skilless broken ability I've ever experienced in a video game ever. Hey look at me I'm going to just tap R1 and kill the entire enemy team while eating their rockets with my mouth and taking no damage because KNIFE. I love when you see a hunter about to die then just slashing away blindly at a corner of a wall but still wipes out your entire team without having any idea what he is doing. The shield and auto lock on in PVP especially is so stupidly broken. KNIFE BEATS EVEYTHING!
