(Sorry for posting this twice; I didn't see this original post anymore and assumed it was longer up. The issue is still unresolved and I would appreciate any assistance or advice I could get) Greetings, Please allow me to first explain my situation as briefly as possible and I will then elaborate. My destiny characters name could possibly be considered offensive and I would like to change it (to absolutely anything else) before I run into any problems. Now here is a more detailed version of my situation: After years without incident PSN suddenly decided my username was offensive and banned my account. Luckily I was able to unlink my bungie account from the banned PSN username and relink it with my new PSN username. However, the game Destiny still displays my old "offensive" name inside the game. I am worried that continuing to use the character name could cause a problem with PSN or that eventually my Destiny account will get banned as well. I would like to be proactive and change this alleged offensive name before there are anything like that happens and there is no known way for me to make this adjustment without the help of an account moderator. I should add that I created this account just to post this message/get help and the offensive name isn't linked to this account. I'm so worried about losing my character, I was afraid that bringing the name to someone's attention would be the thing that got it banned. Is there someone that can be done? I don't care if my in game name gets reset to random characters as long as I don't lose my character. Any help or information would be seriously appreciated. Thanks, ~J
