Yeah, you can use it from far away, but in the end you still end up right next to the boss you are attacking who will then use the one hit kill close-range attack that pretty much every boss has. With nova bomb and golden gun, you can deal massive damage to a boss without having to worry about their one hit kill melee.

Really, I haven't tried with it because for atheon it can protect you, but while it is, you can't do damage to atheon.

The patch actually messed with the whole dynamic now you can't just hold the shield and have it stay up..or that's what I was lead to believe when I jumped in at the end of it to try to help finish atheon. When Fighting the exploding things it does help

Can tell you're retarded. There's only a couple variations: death from above, shock wave and aftermath. 3 is just too much isn't it? And when you add up the other variations from fist of havoc...not even close to 50.

You don't need the perk to still do a giant leap. Also, isn't there a perk that gives Fist of havoc a shock wave it sends out? What is the range on that?

Not that far, its good in PvP, but it doesn't do much against tough enemies in PvE.

Doesn't seem that bad then. It seems like Striker supers are best for clearing out adds and trash mobs, which is kinda nice.

It is very good for trash mobs, but it has low potential against Yellow bars.
