I've asked this before but never got a reply, and I'm surprised because I think with all the hunters someone would have noticed this.
If you hover over certain perks in the tech tree, they show and increase in armor / recovery / agility. I'm not talking about the perks that say 'focus on attribute x'. I'm talking about perks which ought to have nothing to do with attributes. For example in the column for the throwing knife, the first upgrade increases the armor stat. In the final column, the second one (below chain of woe) also increases an attribute (forgot which).
Is this intentional or not? Do the increases in attributes actually work for these perks? Because they seem to have nothing to do with attributes to begin with.

@ laxxmann, please tell me how you know this? Why would a perk which gives longer golden gun duration raise armor? Why would increased range on the GG give more recovery? And to my knowledge other classes don't have such a thing going on. That clearly suggests a bug.
