In my opinion, most of the strikes could use a pass increasing the densities of mobs in most of the areas, both phased and non. About the easiest method I could come up with is an adjustment to the match making design. The addition of a quick run option, that would then match you with other players looking to do what you're interested in at the time. Those wanting to kill, and those wanting to just complete.
It also could be helpful to the social aspect of the game if a player could choose/create a simple message on their emblem within the roster screen to help display his/her interests.
