In response to #57, me and my friends had an idea that runs along that line. We were thinking it would be awesome if there were massive community based events to either scout new areas(thereby expanding the zones for patrol and missions by adding new large scale areas) or setting up forward outposts that take weeks to establish and require a certain number of enemies on the outposts planet to be killed to set it up, and then once set up, the outpost would function similarly to the tower. I feel like those mechanics would make the game feel more involved for the gamers, and create a real environment where the gamers are in fact helping shape the game world.

Brilliant ideas! I never really actually got to the point of thinking up what kind of things these events could entail, but your ideas sound absolutely perfect!

Thank you. I've just kind of felt like the game is very static. While I love this game a lot already, I can recognize that a grindy RPG set up will discourage those who haven't played a lot of RPGs before. It needs to feel alive and dynamic, in so much that gamers need to feel like them being there makes a difference, like a full team beating the VoG for the first time. It's a feeling of accomplishment that will make gamers come back and say, "Alright, now to keep making my mark!" If they added the elements i mentioned, gamers would have a really solid reason to play and a reason to unite as EVERYONE helps to reshape the world, not just a select few. I even have an idea for massive community bosses that are literally unbeatable by any single raid team, where team after team have to throw themselves into the meat grinder in a desperate bid to kill it. I'be seen other MMORPGs do similar setups.

Your posts are beautiful, sir.

Thank you again. I put a great deal of thought into anything I put forth on a forum, as I only want to put out genuine content that will benefit the community and the devs.
