who can answer this impossible question?
What happens if I and some friends started the vault of glass today? Would a timer set and would our progress reset at next Friday or is it sometime this week? I also would like to know anyone's opinion on how they got random single strange coins besides weekly strikes.

I believe the raid reset is the same as all weekly content so best to start the raid just after the reset on Tuesday. Some engrams will become strange coins or motes of light when decrypted. Also coins can be given as rewards from strikes and pvp

Legendary engrams often give me strange coins, sometimes I get them from public events as well. Raid resets Tuesday morning along with every other weekly thing.
