EDIT: If you vote no to this proposed change, I'd be interested to hear why.
Bounties are quick and dirty, you pick up a stack and blow through them, they're clearly meant to be daily tasks. Five slots is cool, not too much, not too little.
Along come Exotic weapon bounties. Sweet! But they could take days, or weeks, or months, depending on the player trying to complete them. They're designed to be the opposite of instant gratification.
Please PLEASE move them out of the normal bounty slots. I'll get around to them, I promise, but having long term aspirational goals clogging up slots for quick tasks that are meant to be consumed like popcorn is a poor design choice, in my opinion. Would you go to the movies and ask for an extra large bucket of beef stew with butter topping? (If yes, see doctor, ask about cholesterol medication.)
All that space for missions, and nothing much in it...throw those exotics over there.
I'll get to them someday. Don't force me to discard them just so I can do the overlapping dailies in some sort of efficient manner. A lot of bounties overlap, you can work on two or three at a time...slots full of exotics mean that I can't overlap, and that means more time required every day in front of the console to knock out the daily bounties, more time in orbit, more time loading, less time to grind vanguard rep on patrol (or to do whatever a particular player does for fun). I'm fortunate enough to be retired already, so "more hours" are a thing I can afford to invest in the game without any great deal of difficulty, but a lot of your potential long-term players (read: DLC customers) don't have that luxury.
Help us out, Bunige. This isn't about how difficult the exotic bounties are, I just don't want them making the other fun stuff harder to accomplish for no reason.

+1. This needs to happen. I have three exotics taking up way too much space, leaving almost no room for dailies.
