In the linked Dev Notes it is mentioned that Exotic items will be changed, most notably Thorn and Bad Juju. Has there been any further mentioning of the changes that will be made and when we can expect them? I currently have both Thorn and a legendary hand cannon and I have to decide which to level up. Currently Thorn is pretty crappy and most definitely worse than the legendary one, but I'd hate to find out that it's better after all because of the announced changes.
