A small number of us (probably really small from what i can tell) do not receive the "Recklessness" bonus from the exotic "Helm of Inmost Light" ! I just leveled the helm yesterday, however the armor modifier that is intended to give you the talents "Death from Above" and " Headstrong" while using the Striker Class freeing the wearer to use additional points in the same columns as the ladder, does not work. Instead it's a paper weight with expensive armor modifiers your can buy. Anyone?
