If you could take Activision out of the creation of destiny but leave bungie in it... Who would you put in Activisions spot?
-
Fromsoft
-
Rockstar and infinity ward aren't publishers
-
Microsoft, IMO, would be the best fit due to prior experiences together and chemistry. There's a reason CoD's are pumped out annually and DLC is rarely offered after the years cycle.
-
-
No wait, Bethesda, bioware, treyarch, and bungie all need to come together for destiny 2
-
Graco. So that all the babies on here would have somewhere appropriate to sit and whine.
-
Ubisoft/bresthada....I may have spelled that wrong
-
SEGA, because i'd love to hear that "Seeegaa" everytime i boot up the game. Seriously, almost anything else but EA/Activision.
-
Rocksteady FTW!
-
Microsoft... Oh, wait...
-
Gearbox. Have Bungie focus on the PvP while Gearbox makes a campaign
-
The KKK.

Bethesda of course. I've never played a game that Bethesda was involved in that I disliked. Fallout for example... talk about an amazing game that has such replay value and a damn good story
-
2K for sure.
-
The KKK.
-
Bethesda Softworks
-
Ubisoft
-
Sony, Valve, or just let Bungie do the project on their own (I still would of bought it).

Edited by MJVigs: 10/1/2014 2:00:22 PMGearbox. All the way. Makers of borderlands. Would have been perfect. Activision can go suck one.

Honestly, I think it would have been better if it was made by Sony or Microsoft than Activision, EA, or any other publisher. I know that Sony likes to give the developers their own space, and make sure they make a game they are happy with, instead of forcing a release when it isn't ready (like Driveclub and Order: 1886), and Microsoft is the same. Exclusivity would have been a downer for a lot of gamers, but it would have given Bungie the time they needed to fully flesh it out. My second recommendation would be 2K, because they seem to be a pretty decent publisher.

Edited by Lvcky Lvc: 10/1/2014 2:21:53 PMMy choice would be Blizzard Edit: Just read the comment about Blizzard being a subsidiary of Activision Blizzard.

Infinity Ward is a developer, not a publisher. Rockstar is also a developer (I think, I don't follow then closely) I'd go Microsoft. Microsoft gave them freedom so long as they both knew what game was being made.
-
Bioware I know they flopped at the end of mass effect 3 but man that was an anaIng series
-
Squarenix

I see a lot of people saying "Bioware" Bioware is a developer, they do not publish games...do you know who does publish their games? EA...
