We love you. Our recent update however doesn't love you as much as we hoped. Some people are having issues with login. We are sorry. These issues are due to changes we made to some browser cookies. You can fix any login issues you are having by clearing your cookies for the Bungie.net domain (or just nuke them all).
Clearing all your cookies is an easy but nuclear option. You will lose authentication to lots of sites and possibly other useful data. We are preparing a help article with more surgical methods for the various browsers. If you want to wait on that you can temporarily work around any login issues by using an anonymous or incognito browser window.
If you want to go ahead with the cookie clearing route most browsers accept the key combination CTRL-SHIFT-DEL to bring up the content clearing options. Choose cookies and clear them.
We promised to be more careful with your cookies from now on.

I'm still getting "Unable to load Destiny account. Please try again later." whenever I try and access my grimoire or legend. I also cannot use the destiny app because of this. Also I STILL cannot log in to m titan on PS4 because of this stupid centipede error that you guys STILL have not been able to fix. This is really frustrating since there are things on her that I needed for other characters. PSN: ice24790

All of my Legend stats and info is listed as classified. Everything is fine on a browser just the app giving me problems. I've tried logging in and out and closing and reopening the app.

Are you talking about logging in on the website? 'Cause after I got the 1.02 update, I can't get past the login screen on my PS4. It's telling me that my permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have change or my profile may have been signed in elsewehre. What gives? I just got to Level 20

I could not log in via PSN, luckily I had my facebook linked so I could bypass it. When I click log in via PSN, the authentication website goes into an infinite loading sequence. The little info bar at the lower left corner on browsers say it is awaiting reply from bungie.net I tried it with Chrome and Firefox so far.

I keep getting "bee" error and losing connection with servers. It's happened 12 times now within about 20 minutes.

Edited by Chris Loosely: 10/1/2014 6:18:16 PMI was successfully able to access the site after manually removing cookies, but now no available bounties are listed and none of the merchants are shown on the tower map. Attempted switching between my characters since one of them does not have access to bounties yet, but still nothing appears. EDIT: Never mind. Immediately after posting, I returned to Legend section of site and available bounties now show up. Also, tower map has returned to normal.

hi, the web app sends my CPU to high usage when on the character screens, so on any laptop, the fans start going after a while, it's been like that since the start, not just the latest update, would be great if you could fix that. It's the Chrome browser.
