As a person who Preordered this 5/5/13 with so much put on the table before joe leaving and such, im "disapointed" but yet at the same time not. The game itself is B E A utiful in its designs and the multiplayer level layout. The mechanics are eehh but it just got out, room for fixing and improving. The concept in the beginning is what we fell for, not the end result. We need to backup on this rave wave of hate for a breif moment and look at what did happen and how they tried to salvage it in bungie. Grant somethings were "bad calls" but its still a good game. Better than Defiance for me. I have hope that in the due time the game will become more filled out than the empty space we were given. It has few great time killers till then and the "DLC" that is really content that is in the game soon to come out can be either seen as a ploy to get more money or as dark souls prepare to die edition. We were not lied to about this game, more or less if you want to hate on anything hate on the execs/higher ups who made those calls and maybe joe depending on your view of him leaving near the endgame. Personally I dont understand why someone would do that even if you had a lot of pressure on your back. you some what to litterally helped create a universe. Execs/higher ups Have this bad habbit of finding a "Plan" for games that made money in the past and try to either imitate it or reimagine it. They need to realise 2 or 3 times and it gets boring and will soon to flop, unless you are COD and have a fountain of youth hidden in the game and all the players are trying to find for their entire life but cant find it. As players we DESIRE to play new ideas/concepts. We play games for 3 Sole facts. The Fun, The Adventure and The Diversity. Look at archeage. its not a 100% new concept (mabinogi is what i call a pioneer in the field its in) but people in that gaming genre love it. If you think about the game in a sense, its better than most that have been released in the past few years. by far many others as well. So not saying shut up about your opinion but i feel like im in hell with all the fire in this place. Take a moment and think about it.
