CENTIPEDE and BABOON every single day.

Load. Orbit. Baboon. Centipede. That is my destiny. Every day since launch. Every. Single. Day. I've had no response or communication from bungie who I have tried to contact via numerous channels, numerous times. I just want to enjoy this game with my friends. Score a few head shots, grab some loot, serve some tea you know? But I can't. Like many others, I've tried every fix. They all fail. I'm lost on ideas, patience and morale. I'm defeated. Load. Orbit. Baboon. Centipede. That is my destiny. That is BUNGIES legacy. Stand tall, if you can. Chief.

  • Does anyone know why they are affected? I for instance am getting my internet through university (I'm not in the US though) and I'm guessing that might mess with the connection. And I doubt that they would change anything in their network just for me to play Destiny. Then again, for all the money you pay for a game, you would expect Bungie to fix it on their end.

    • I feel your pain as well. And the worst part is that with each of these new patches, it seems to be getting worse each time. Last night, in the span of an hour, I got booted 7 times. I tried everything I could do and things just got worse and worse. It took me 3 hours to complete a simple strike since I would always get the baboon then centipede errors, throwing in caterpillar and bee every once in awhile. Bungie claims that the baboon error is caused by using some type of phone setup. I personally have a dedicated dsl line for my internet, have a static IP address, and I've followed all of Bungie's suggestions and it only seems to be getting worse. And the thing that bugs me the most? Destiny is the only game that I have that is giving me grief about playing. I loved playing Destiny beta on my xbox one, but I'm getting to the point where it is unplayable. I hope Bungie gets their heads out of the sand and actually fixes the issues. MADJediMatt

      • it's like clock work if I try to play for an hour it will centipede me30 mins in, every single time

        Chief, That's a gut wrenching story, thanks for sharing. From a fellow Baboon'ed Player I can definitely feel your pain. All I can say is, Halo Master Chief Collection is only 6 weeks away :) PJ
