The part that gets me is the fact that those story missions are well below the level that our characters are now.. This really does look like they were cut out from the retail version at some point.
I'm going to delay any purchase of the DLC until I see reviews and the communities feedback.

You're aware you can just change the difficulty levels, right? Besides, item levels only go up to 20 anyway, so it isn't exactly a problem.

Yes I'm fully aware you can change the difficulty level, but what it appears from the video is that those levels were supposed to be played alongside the others that were included in the initial release.
