On-disc DLC is never acceptable. If the content is ready at launch, give it to us at launch. You can't make us pay more on top of the $60 that we've already paid, just to "open the doors."

Only thing on the disk is the game-world (for example, Ishtar Sink on Venus). The actual objectives, emblems, prizes and all that other loot is only accessible through downloading it. Plus the expansions come with its own exclusive themes and shit. It's all making sense, just use your brain and be a good noodle!
