BIG materials! Good gathering idea! spinmetal relic iron spirit bloom helium filaments
Dear Bungie,
Inside every patrol area along the "tire mark" trails. That create a nice path to do races on that o plan to smooth details out about in another post.
But inside those patrol missions along those trails or scattered throughout the areas there will be a convoy. A caravan. A gaggle of high level, high difficulty enemies that are moving or guarding a chest. In that "box" will be a supply of that particular areas materials. Whether it's Spinmetal, Helium Filaments, Spirit Bloom, and Relic Shards. A nice cash of 20-30. So if my fireteam would win over this convoy and then we open up this chest, say on earth. We would receive 20-30 Spinmetal. Along with maybe some glimmer and a random extra item?
This would add a nice dynamic to the game. I believe it would diversify the audience that is drawn to the Patrol missions. Allowing much more PvE feedback.
The chance to gain such a large amount of materials would help with leveling of weapons and armor.
Give the people who use these materials to turn in for the vanguard or the crucible vendors for marks, experience, and glimmer.
There would be varying difficulties in sure from planet to planet but it should be a challenge. Even including some ultras and or vehicles. These are resources that the alien races can be using as well. Excluding the planet Mars the Fallen are present in many areas of the solar system.
Scavenging pirates that they are, it would make sense for them to be hauling large amounts of goods with a protective escort.
Again an idea that I think could really enhance general Patrol gameplay.
Love,
LEFtino
