Why are we being told to record our progress on the forums? Why is Bungie not recording their progress or even showing us that they are actually trying to fix this problem? Stating that the problem is being worked on and actually working on the problem while continually showing us that either progress is or is not being made are two completely different things. This is testing my loyalty to the company and I am wondering if it was worth even paying for if I am unlucky enough to be locked out and not be updated on anything regarding the complications.
