Master sent me a message saying he sent in my gamer tag 4 hrs ago for further investigation. They started investigating this issue 3 days ago, and just 4 hours ago they started more investigations on my profile. you just keep giving me the same answer "we are investigating". 18 hrs ago you said you fixed a number of accounts, but i haven't seen more than 2 people that had success. we need an update on the progress of the situation. something other than investigations are being made. you just keep telling us that you have no clue what is going on, not very reassuring.
