are you not going to help????? I've been spending hours trying to fix my network when it is already perfect. I don't have access to play on my xbox one (it says centipede) and it says unable to load profile on the computer and the app. I have been talking to my SPI and MicroSoft ALL NIGHT AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. They say I have a network problem but after solving the problem all night long, nothing happened. I really HAD NO NETWORK PROBLEM. I was up all night for nothing.
