Having the same issue of not being able to get past the centipede error. I was online during the server fix the other day and got kicked out a couple of times. I logged in later at around 10pm EST and was able to resume normal gameplay without out being kicked out. Did mostly crucible but was finally able to get my queens emblem and shader so I equipped my hunter with them. I also got some armor that brought my hunters light lvl from 22 to 23. I then logged out normally for the night. Haven't been able to login once since. Not to mention bungie profile is unable to load my hunter character. That's pretty much the main scoop of it, hope it can be fixed.
