Hi there, just throwing my issues into the pot. I've already addressed the bungie Help twitter directly, but I figure it's worth sharing and alerting the devs at any source I can as I REALLY love this game, but I'm not going to play (and probably return the game) if this sort of thing isn't resolved soon. So my fiance and I both own XBOX One console (infact, we bought an extra strictly so that her and I could both play at the same time in the same room) So We're pretty dedicated to this game. We both have been having a blast for the last week and a half playing the game together, up until yesterday when my fiance's account kept getting booted from our matches about six times over the course of an hour. This was around 2 PM Pacific time. We both left and went to work for a few hours, upon returning home at roughly 10 PM, we both booted up our game (on the same network as well btw) and I got into the game just fine. She, on the other hand couldn't even get to the character select screen, being met with the Centipede error every time. Her gamertag is HallowBeth. I attempted uninstalling, reinstalling, opening all the ports, and every other possible network solution under the sun to fix this issue, but the problem persisted. I was baffled as to why I would be able to play just fine, but she would continually be met with this block (especially since we tried on both our xbox's and my account worked on both, but hers failed on both). It's "good" to see other people having these problems. I hope bungie responds quickly, as the weekend is approaching, and her and I had big plans to binge play this game. I would lose a vast amount of investment in this game if I had to cancel my plans because I couldn't play with my significant other. I can fully appreciate that the first month-to-few-months of mmo release will always be riddled with bugs, but it still feels slightly ridiculous for something that seems so preventable to have effected such a select amount so drastically.
